The journal provides a forum for scientists, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss interdisciplinary approaches to marine and coastal issues.

Topics covered by the journal include, but are not limited to:

  • Marine ecology and biodiversity: coral reefs, mangroves, seagrass, plankton, and fisheries biology.

  • Coastal and oceanographic studies: physical, chemical, and biological oceanography related to coastal dynamics.

  • Marine resources management: sustainable fisheries, aquaculture, ecosystem services, and blue economy.

  • Technology and innovation: GIS and remote sensing, monitoring systems, and marine technology applications.

  • Socio-economic and policy aspects: governance, institutional frameworks, community-based management, marine protected areas, and environmental law.

The journal accepts manuscripts written in English and particularly encourages contributions that integrate scientific knowledge with practical applications for the sustainable development of marine and coastal areas.
