Author Guidelines

Manuscript Structure and Content

  1. Submitted manuscripts must contain at least the following sections: Title, Abstract, Introduction, Method, Result & Discussion, Conclusion, and Reference.
  2. The title must clearly describe the research substance, written concisely, with a maximum length of 20 words
  3. The Abstract must be written in English, consisting of a maximum of 250 words. It must clearly summarize the background, method, key results, and main conclusion. Do not include citations. The abstract must be followed by 3 to 5 Keywords.
  4. The manuscript must be written in English. The word count should be between 4,000 and 7,000 words (excluding the title, author details, abstract, tables, figures, and references).
  5. This section must include the research background and gap analysis to reinforce the argument for why the research was conducted. State the research objectives clearly at the end of the section. Include primary references from similar publications from the last 10 years to demonstrate the novelty (state-of-the-art). Do not include a separate theory or extensive literature review in this section.
  6. Describe the methods and steps carried out in your research in detail, including how data was validated, processed, and analyzed/presented. Also, include a description of the research tools or instruments used. This section should provide enough detail to allow for the adaptation and duplication of similar studies in the future.
  7. Present your research results clearly and straightforwardly, ensuring they directly correspond with the research objectives. The discussion must interpret the findings and relate them to the scientific context according to the research topic. Ensure that every table and figure included is referred to and discussed in the body of the article.
  8. This section must directly answer the research objectives. Use straightforward and informative language. Do not repeat what has been said in the results section. Do not use a numbering system or bullets in describing conclusions; present them in paragraph format.
  9. An optional section may be included here before the References to acknowledge funding sources or individuals who contributed substantially to the work but do not meet the criteria for authorship.

Formating and Layout

  1. The manuscript must be arranged on A4 size paper.
  2. Use a 2 (two) column format for the main text. Margins shall be set to 0.7 inch for the Top, Bottom, Left, and Right.
  3. Use Times New Roman (TNR) font, 10 point size, and Single Spacing throughout the entire manuscript (including abstract, tables, and references).
  4. Terms other than English (e.g., Latin terms or local language terms) must be formatted in italics.
  5. Place the Table Title above the table and the Figure Caption below the figure. Ensure all titles/captions are clear, concise, and self-explanatory.

Citation and Referencing

  1. References are cited in the text by square brackets [1]. Two or more references at a time may be put in one set of brackets [3,4]. The references uses the Harvard - APA Style
  2. Authors are required to use standard citation applications (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley, Endnote) to manage and format the references.
  3. The list of references must be arranged alphabetically by the author's last name at the end of the contribution under the heading References.
  4. Include the DOI for all works that have one. It must be written as a hyperlink starting with https://doi.org/ and placed at the end of the reference entry without a final period (e.g., doi: https://doi.org/10.xxxx/xxxxxxx). If an article has no DOI, simply omit this part.

Publication Ethics and Integrity

  1. All manuscripts submitted must be original work and have not been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere. The journal employs a plagiarism check tool (e.g., Turnitin). The maximum acceptable Similarity Index for the submitted manuscript is 20%. Submissions exceeding this threshold will be immediately rejected (desk rejection).
  2. All listed authors must have made a substantial intellectual contribution to the research. The name of the corresponding author must be clearly indicated along with their complete Affiliation and Email Address.
  3. Article Submission and Publication Fees (APCs): There are absolutely no fees required for manuscript submission or for the Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance. All costs are covered by the journal/institution.
