Plant propagation using tissue culture techniques has the advantage of being more effective and efficient because it can produce seeds on a large scale in a short time. Regeneration in tissue culture can be done in two ways, namely somatic embryogenesis and organogenesis.. Organogenesis is a technique in tissue culture, either directly (directly) or (indirectly). Direct organogenesis in plant propagation aims to increase mutilation rates, transgenic plant production, and clone propagation. Initiating the process by induction of axillary buds or initiation of organogenesis techniques is often used for propagation. Then proceed with the root induction stage after the shoots grow so that they can form plantlets. One of the things that determine success in tissue culture is a growth regulator (PGR). Growth regulators that are often used in the induction of organogenesis are auxins and cytokinins. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method from several international journals. Based on research results, plant regeneration through direct organogenesis is a complex process, which requires optimization of various factors, especially the type of PGR and its concentration. In shoot induction, the cytokinin with the most potential for shoot growth and development was BAP, while the auxin with the most potential for shoot growth and development was NAA. The combination of BAP and NAA is more effective in stimulating shoot growth and root growth than using only one type of ZPT. In the root induction process, the most potent auxin in the root induction process is IBA
