Plant tissue culture is a cultivation technique in controlled environment and nutrients required by plants. Tissue culture can be used to induce shoots through the indirect shoot organogenesis method which involves various growth regulators. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of various growth regulators on indirect shoot organogenesis of leaf explants. Based on the results of the study, various textures and colors of callus were obtained which were influenced by growth regulators. In the shoot induction process, the highest shoots grew at concentrations of BAP 5.0 + IAA 3.0 with an average number of shoots of 18.4 while shoot length with the highest average was obtained from concentrations of KIN 2.0 + NAA 0.25 with an average of 22.58 ± 0.28
